Can I customize my order?
Yes! We offer design consultations for custom requests. If you’re interested in a unique design for an event (trade show, corporate, etc.) or special occasion (anniversary, wedding), please contact us, and we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, availability of items, seasonality, etc. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information via your email upon the delivery courier updating their delivery tracking system.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our custom and special-order products, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are only offered for items damaged prior to shipping or in the event of a manufacturer error. Please see our Return Policy for details on processing returns.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Currently, YOLIY, LLC offers limited international shipping options: Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.

Once an order is placed, it is immediately added to our distributionqueue, so cancellations cannot be processed after the order iscompleted. If you need to make changes, pleasecontact us within 4 hours of placing your order. If your order hasnot yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate yourrequest.
