YOLIY, LLC Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our custom and special-order products, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are only offered for items damaged prior to shipping or in the event of a manufacturer error.
If you receive a damaged item or there was an error in production, please follow these steps within 72 hours of delivery to submit a return or exchange request:
