Tony IV, our Founder and Visionary, had an undeniable passion for fashion, altruism, and entrepreneurship that led to the creation of YOLIY T4. During his 22 years on Earth, Tony IV touched the hearts of many, leaving a lasting legacy of kindness and creativity. Shala, Customer Service & Marketing Social Lead
Shala, lovingly known as "Tony IV’s Twin," is the proud big sister of Tony IV and serves as the Customer Service & Marketing/Social Media Lead for YOLIY, LLC. Shala and Tony IV shared an extraordinary bond, often referring to themselves as twins. Whether on family vacations or simply enjoying time together, their connection was unbreakable, filled with laughter, love, and mutual admiration.With extensive experience in customer service leadership across the retail and jewelry industries, Shala brings a unique blend of expertise, compassion, and people skills to the YOLIY family. Known for her ability to connect with any audience and her remarkable communication style, Shala ensures that every customer interaction reflects YOLIY’s mission and values.
As the leader of the Customer Service & Marketing/Social Media Team, Shala plays a vital role in enhancing customer experiences, promoting digital engagement, and planning impactful events. She also contributes her creative vision to the YOLIY design team for women and children, ensuring each piece resonates with the brand’s commitment to inspire, uplift, and empower communities worldwide. Tony Jr., Design & Logistics Lead
Tony Jr., fondly known as "T2," is the proud big brother of Tony IV and serves as the Design and Logistics Lead for YOLIY, LLC. Tony Jr. and Tony IV shared an incredibly close bond filled with admiration and mutual respect. Their connection was rooted in shared moments, laughter, and a deep appreciation for each other’s strengths. Tony IV often looked up to his big brother, inspired by his sense of style and his knack for turning any outfit into a trendsetting look. He frequently emulated Tony Jr.’s unique fashion sense, solidifying their special relationship.With a robust background in logistics, Tony Jr. brings years of experience from the aviation and manufacturing industries, excelling in supply and demand management, quality control, fulfillment, packaging, and shipping. His expertise allows him to ensure seamless processes across all operations at YOLIY.

Tony III, Data Analysis & Financial Accounting Lead
Tony III, fondly known as "T3," is the middle brother of Tony IV and serves as the Data Analysis & Financial/Accounting Lead for YOLIY, LLC. With extensive experience in the healthcare industry, Tony III has held a variety of roles that have sharpened his expertise in finance and accounting. Backed by his undergraduate degrees and a solid professional foundation, Tony III will oversee the company’s financial transactions, including sales, expenses, inventory, and payments across multiple platforms. He ensures accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and cash flow optimization to support YOLIY's e-commerce operations. Tony IV deeply admired Tony III’s achievements, often expressing his desire to follow in his big brother’s footsteps when it came to building a successful career.
